The UUCF Task Force on Ministry, a committee appointed by the Board of Directors, examined the roles and relationships of the ministers, reviewed earlier studies, benchmarked 13 other large congregations, and submitted a report to the congregation with recommendations to improve the congregation's model/structure of ministry and the assistant/associate minister search process.
