Social Justice
Social Justice is a central pillar of Unitarian Universalism. UUCF has a long history of social justice activism, offering its members a wide range of ways to become involved with Social Justice and support our mission "to challenge ourselves to transform the world through acts of love and justice." Many UUCF members and friends are actively involved in committees and activities under UUCF’s Social Justice Council (SJC) umbrella as well as other initiatives organized by independent congregational groups and individuals. The SJC joins with other organizations in the community to provide services and advocate for the environment, tolerance, economic justice, and international peace and justice.
If you are interested in Social Justice, we encourage you to become involved in UUCF Social Justice efforts and activities.
