Religious Exploration Registration Form

Nurturing our children is a primary goal of our Congregation.

UUCF Religious Exploration classes are open to children and youth of all members, pledging friends and members of the community. There is no charge for members and pledging friends; others will be asked to pay a fee of $50 per child ($100 family maximum).

Regular attendance is expected and essential for the benefit of the children and the class. Please let teachers know about any allergies, medical conditions or special circumstances precluding regular attendance.

Safety in the classroom is our first concern. Safety policies include:

  • Two adults in the classroom whenever children are present.
  • Children in the 3rd grade and younger must be signed in and out of class by a parent/guardian - they will not be allowed to leave unattended.
  • Parents should pick up their children promptly after the conclusion of class - 5:45 p.m., 10:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m.

Please look at the list of Religious Exploration classes to ensure the class you want for your child is offered at the service time you prefer.

Do you give permission for your child(ren)'s picture to be taken and to have those photographs used in UUCF materials (website, etc...)?

All parents/guardians of UUCF Religious Exploration students are expected to volunteer as a teacher or RE Administrator at least once every three years. In years when you are not serving as a teacher or administrator, you will be assigned to serve as a parent helper in a primary class (2 years old-3rd grade), even if your child is older than primary age.
