Nominating Committee

Nominating Committee members are elected by the congregation at its annual meeting. Each member serves for two years. The Committee recruits candidates for positions on the Board of Directors, the Endowment Committee, and the Nominating Committee.The Nominating Committee begins its search each November following a process that includes soliciting input from the congregation and the ministers; communicating with the congregation via the newsletter, Web site, and open forums; and contacting potential condidates. Nominees are finalized in April and, according to the bylaws, their names and biographies must be communicated to the congregation at least 35 days before the June annual meeting.

Or you may attend the Nominating Committee Forum on Sunday, February 28, in the Social Hall after services at 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. to learn which positions on the Board of Directors, the Endowment and the Nominating committees will be open for election in the next church year.
