Lay Ministries

UUCF has seven lay ministries - with eight lay ministers. Each lay minister represents a strategic area of congregational ministry and is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and goal achievement in that area. Each area of lay ministry has various committees with discrete responsibilities reporting to it.

The Council of Lay Ministers (CLM), which includes the lay ministers, the Parish Minister, and the Associate Minister, was constituted to provide general leadership in the Congregation through presence, high standards of participation, visioning, responsiveness to congregational needs and through ongoing training and mutual support. The CLM reports to the Coordinating Team through the Parish Minister.
