Covenant Group Leadership Training

Training for covenant group facilitators will be conducted by a member of the Steering Committee several times during the congregational year. The two-hour training is designed to cover the following topics: 1) Group ministry theory and the unique properties of covenant group; 2) the role and responsibilities of the facilitator; 3) guidance on getting started; and 4) information on available resources, including the a Covenant Group Leader Manual.
