Congregational Feedback

The Board of Directors sponsored a worship service on January 24, 2010, at which we asked for Congregational feedback. The Board was impressed and gratified by the level of personal reflection, sharing, and enthusiasm represented in the responses. Virtually all reflected a deep attachment and profound gratitude for this beloved community-what it is and what it can become. We are posting those comments here to share the collective experience of that service.

Task Force on Ministry Report

The UUCF Task Force on Ministry has prepared a report to the congregation on the ministry at UUCF. The Task Force is a committee appointed by the UUCF Board of Directors to examine the roles and relationships of the ministers, review earlier studies, and benchmark 13 other large congregations.

Based on it's research and findings, the Task Force's report has made recommendations to improve the congregation's model/structure of ministry and the assistant/associate minister search process.
