2012 UUCF Rebuilding Together Project

April 28, 2012

Signup deadline: Jan. 16, 2012

Rebuilding Together (RT) helps disabled, disadvantaged and aging homeowners remain in their homes for as long as possible by providing free home modifications and repairs, making homes safer and more energy efficient and accessible. UUCF is teaming up with RT Arlington/Fairfax/Falls Church for the fifth year in a row to provide these vital services.

Sign-up has closed for this year. Check back for details on how to participate in Rebuilding Together 2013. The form below is for this year's UUCF RT team. For families, please fill out a separate form for each family member (volunteers must be at least 14 years old).

If you have any questions, contact Lynn Howell, 703-278-0651, or Bob Commisso, 703-971-5746 (h) or 202-404-8984 (w); sjc@uucf.org.

Thank you for helping.

Please include a cell phone number so that we are able to contact you, if necessary, on the work day.

Depending on the job and the number of team members, you might be asked to work less time than you request.

Please select all areas in which you have skills.

Of the skill areas you selected above, please list your top three preferences in the order of preference (list your first choice first). If you selected "other" above, please specify that skill.

Please list any exceptional skills the organizers should know about.

Note any special tools you can bring to the project (e.g., miter box, table saw, etc.)

Do you have a pick-up truck and/or trailer you are willing to use to pick up supplies and/or move debris? If so, check the appropriate box.

Rebuilding Together occasionally needs volunteers to help with ongoing projects throughout the year. Would you like RT to add your name and email to a list of volunteers for such projects?
